After confirmation of the order, we undertake to ship the order within 48 hours. It takes an additional 48 hours for shipments by Colissimo and between 3 and 4 days for shipments to a relay point.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders paid on Saturday after 10am will not be processed until the following Monday.

  • DELIVERY DELAY

Sometimes we have delays due to various factors, if this is the case we will notify you.
However, once the package has been dispatched, we cannot be held liable in the event of a delay in delivery for any event not exclusively and directly attributable to us.
We cannot be held responsible for the delivery of a package to an incorrect address, if this error results from the information provided by the user when placing the order.
We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible, however we are unable to offer rush processing.
In the event of delays exceeding 10 days, the consumer must make any claim for delivery errors or late delivery within a maximum of 20 days from the date of dispatch. After this period, no claims will be accepted. During the sales period, order processing may be extended due to the scale of requests.

  • RETURN AND EXCHANGE

You have 14 working days from receipt of the items to return any items that have not given you complete satisfaction. Items returned worn, incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the user are not accepted and therefore will not be refunded.

Return costs are your responsibility (except in the case of defects)
In case of exchange or refund request:

    1. Inform us by email ( in the contact section) before returning merchandise. Please specify all your contact details, the reasons for return, if exchange specify the item

    2. Print a shipping slip on the post office website, in the name of:

    3. Return the new item(s) in their original, undamaged packaging.

    4. Upon receipt of the package, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email as soon as possible. Reimbursement is due within a maximum of 15 days. In the event of an exchange, we will contact you to confirm the exchange of your choice.


    In case of return, we are required to reimburse the amounts paid by the customer, with the exception of the actual shipping costs borne by the customer. Attention: Please note that LART DU FOULARD reimburses on paypal if the payment of the order was made via Paypal. If the payment of the order was made by credit card, the refund will be made by bank transfer. We cannot be held responsible for the inconveniences related to the delivery companies that are responsible for the delivery of the goods, therefore and for greater security, we advise you to send your returns with acknowledgment of receipt.
